Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to the 22 Motion website and the private, owner-operated 22 Motion Publisher application.

1. Acceptance

By accessing this website or using the application, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or application.

2. Private authorized use

22 Motion Publisher is not a public software service. Access is limited to channel owners and operators expressly authorized by 22 Motion. No right to create an account, obtain access, or use the application is offered to the public.

3. Permitted use

Authorized operators may use 22 Motion Publisher only to upload owner-approved video files to a YouTube channel selected through Google OAuth and to set the initial title, description, privacy status, audience designation, synthetic-media disclosure, and other supported initial upload settings.

The application does not provide post-upload editing or deletion, YouTube Analytics, comment management, caption management, rating management, playlist management, or subscription management. Any later changes to an uploaded video are performed directly in YouTube Studio or another separately authorized service.

4. Prohibited conduct

You may not attempt to bypass access controls, obtain another person’s credentials, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, scrape protected data, use the application for unlawful content, or operate it outside the permissions granted by the applicable channel owner.

5. Google and YouTube services

The application interacts with Google and YouTube APIs. Use of those services remains subject to applicable Google and YouTube terms and policies. 22 Motion is not Google or YouTube, and those companies may change or discontinue their services independently.

6. Content and intellectual property

22 Motion’s website, branding, software, workflows, text, graphics, and original media are owned by or licensed to 22 Motion and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Channel content remains subject to its applicable ownership and licensing arrangements.

7. Account security

Authorized operators are responsible for protecting their Google account and access devices. Suspected unauthorized access must be reported promptly to bbk@22motion.com.

8. Suspension and termination

22 Motion may suspend or terminate application access at any time when necessary for security, compliance, operational integrity, or violation of these Terms. Google access may also be revoked through the account owner’s Google settings.

9. Availability and disclaimer

The website and application are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, 22 Motion disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 22 Motion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the website, application, Google APIs, or YouTube services.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the application, legal requirements, or operational practices change. Continued authorized use after publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
