Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how 22 Motion (“22 Motion,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) handles information in connection with this website and the private, owner-operated 22 Motion Publisher application.

1. Scope and operator

22 Motion Publisher is an internal application used exclusively by authorized 22 Motion operators to upload owner-approved videos to YouTube channels owned or controlled by 22 Motion, including Palabras de Luz and Words of Light. It is not a public consumer service and does not allow general-user registration.

2. Information accessed through Google

When an authorized 22 Motion operator connects a Google account, 22 Motion Publisher requests only the youtube.upload OAuth permission. The application receives OAuth access and refresh credentials needed to maintain the authorized connection. We do not request or receive the user’s Google password.

For each upload, the application processes the video file and initial metadata explicitly supplied and approved by the operator, such as the title, description, privacy status, audience designation, synthetic-media disclosure, tags, category, notification choice, and optional publish time. The YouTube API returns an upload result that includes the created video’s ID.

The application does not use this authorization to read Analytics, inspect existing videos, edit or delete existing videos, or manage comments, captions, ratings, playlists, subscriptions, or unrelated Google data.

3. How information is used

Google authorization data is used only to upload owner-approved videos to the YouTube account selected by the authorized operator and to set the operator-approved initial metadata in the same upload request. Google user data is not used for advertising, credit decisions, data brokerage, user profiling, or unrelated purposes.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy

22 Motion’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with advertisers or data brokers. Access is limited to authorized 22 Motion operators and service providers acting solely on our behalf under confidentiality and security obligations. We may disclose information if required by law or necessary to protect service security and integrity.

6. Storage and security

OAuth refresh credentials are stored as concealed credentials in an encrypted credential-management vault. Runtime access is restricted to the authorized 22 Motion service identity. Access tokens are generated as needed and handled in memory. Credentials are excluded from the source repository, project-state, shared evidence, logs, and verification recordings.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain OAuth authorization data only while needed to operate the authorized connection or comply with legal obligations. An authorized owner may disconnect the integration, which revokes Google authorization where feasible and deletes the application’s stored credential. Deletion may also be requested at bbk@22motion.com, subject to lawful retention requirements.

8. Revoking Google access

Google access can be revoked at any time through the Google Account third-party connections page. Revocation prevents future API access.

9. Website information

This informational website does not offer user accounts. Standard hosting logs may temporarily record IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps for security, reliability, and abuse prevention. We do not sell this information.

10. Children’s privacy

The application is an internal business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website or application.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect operational, legal, or security changes. The effective date above will be revised when material updates are published.
